Sound in the Church of the Holy Blessed Prince Alexander Nevsky in Pykhtino

Development and implementation of the project for sound reinforcement of the Church of the Holy Blessed Prince Alexander Nevsky in Pykhtino.

Before finishing works and painting on the walls of the Church, we implemented the installation of a sound reinforcement system for speech during services.

After finishing the work on installing the sound equipment in the Church, the sound reinforcement system was configured.

During the development, the following solution for the sound reinforcement system was approved:

- To capture vocals in the Altar area, special wired microphones Shure MX202B / MS and Shure MX1854 were installed;

- to receive an audio signal from the church choir, Shure MX418 / C microphones were installed on the Kliros;

- to sound the interior of the Church, Audac ATEO6 acoustic systems were installed. With the help of acoustic systems, it was possible to achieve maximum uniformity inside the Church.

- the street around the Temple is sounded by all-weather horn acoustic systems Audac CHA660

- the longest route along the sound cable was for the bell tower, which is sounded by acoustic systems CVGaudio.

Currently, the Temple is open to visitors. The Temple's sound amplification system increases the volume level and improves speech intelligibility during Orthodox services.

As a rule, acoustic treatment in religious institutions is not expected and is not allowed. Based on our experience, we formed a sound amplification system and installed acoustic systems for uniform coverage of sound pressure, with minimal reflections, which improves speech intelligibility.

The main processor with the ability to customize sound signals was Audac M2.
