The Meeting Point company provides its clients with separate rooms: meeting rooms, offices and conference rooms. In fact, coworking, but with all the technological amenities with the provision of meeting rooms, mini offices and conference rooms of various sizes. Our company has developed a sound equipment scheme and its full functionality, including the use of the latest technologies in the field of sound and presentation equipment. The connection scheme and easy control for 5 zones of the new conference zone of the Meeting Point company were technologically designed.
Two main conference rooms have extensions due to unification with business lounges, while business lounges should have their own musical background when separated from the conference room. An additional separate entrance area is the reception, where its own musical content should also be played.
In a complex configuration, our company offered a multifunctional BSS BLU-50 processor, with a BSS EC-8BV wall control panel, which allows you to adjust the volume level for individual zones from the reception area, as well as combine two, three, four or five zones into a single music space.
Each conference room has a Proel STUDIORK12 rack, which includes an easy-to-use Soundcraft UI-16 rack-mount digital mixing console, AKG Perception Wireless 45 Vocal Set and Pres Sut radio microphones with belt transmitters. Electro-Voice PA2250T power amplifier, which works on the main acoustic systems of the JBL Control 25 WH hall.
The main server room has a multifunctional Apart Audio PC1000 media player and a proven and reliable Apart Revamp 4120T power amplifier to amplify the sound on the Electro-Voice EVID C8.2LP ceiling speakers.

Both calculations are carried out using specialized programs and methods, such as the reverberation method, the radiation method from the source, the superposition method, etc. These programs allow you to determine the optimal dimensions of the hall, the location of the speakers and other parameters that will create a high-quality sound field and ensure comfortable listening to music for all spectators.
Acoustic calculation is performed for rooms where constant sound of music, voices, and other sound effects are planned. Residential premises also need such design, but not as obviously as specialized ones. For example, theaters, assembly halls, presentation rooms must undergo a special inspection.
Particular attention is paid today to old concert halls, theater facilities, since previously they did not do acoustic design, now this stage is one of the requirements for the reconstruction or construction of specialized areas.
