Installation of sound equipment in the Church of St. Michael the Archangel
Our company has completed a range of works on sound systems for the Church of St. Michael the Archangel in Troparevo.
The Church of St. Michael the Archangel is very popular among parishioners. On holidays, the Church is completely filled with parishioners, as a result of which the speech of the Church servants is almost inaudible. In order to change the sound atmosphere of the Church, it was decided to install new sound equipment, with the ability to operate autonomously without the participation of a sound engineer.
The sound atmosphere in the Church has a very high reverberation time, because of this it is necessary to carefully adjust the sound equipment using a high-quality sound processor, which has an automatic feedback suppressor. The BSS BLU-101 sound processor coped with this solution.
The microphones are installed permanently, in places where the Church servants often read prayers. In this Temple, microphones were hung on the chandeliers, cut into the gates of the Altar, installed on the readers' stands and in the Altar on the menorah. In this arrangement, Shure microphones - Shure MX185, Shure MX418D/C, Shure MX202BP/C - did an excellent job. Electro-Voice Re 320 microphones were chosen to record the vocals of the church choir.
All microphones are connected to the central audio processor BSS BLU-101, from which the signal is distributed to the sound amplifiers. Crown XLS 2002 and Crown XLS 1002 amplifiers were selected for the acoustic systems.
JBL Control 25AV and JBL Control 29AV acoustic systems are installed inside the Temple. AMC MHQ 60 horn loudspeakers, powered by a LAB.GRUPPEN E 4:2 power amplifier, are used to sound the street in front of the Temple.
The single control unit for the sound equipment is the BSS BLU-3 wall control panel.
Our specialists performed the necessary analysis of the Temple and offered their professional solution for sounding the Temple, as well as supplied the sound equipment and performed installation with the sound system setup.

Designing a sound reinforcement system is the process of creating a system that amplifies sound and allows it to be transmitted over long distances. This process involves several steps:
1. Defining system requirements: Before you begin designing, you need to define the system requirements. This may include power, frequency range, number of channels, etc.
2. Selecting components: Once you have defined the requirements, you need to select the system components. These may include amplifiers, speakers, mixing consoles, cables, etc. It is important to select components that meet the requirements and provide the best sound quality.
3. Designing the circuit: This step requires you to design a system circuit that includes all the components and how they are connected. The circuit must be logical and efficient to ensure the best sound quality.
4. Testing the system: Once the circuit has been designed, you need to test the system to ensure it is working. This may include checking all the components and connections, as well as testing the sound at different power levels.
5. Tuning the system: Once you have successfully tested the system, you need to tune it for the best sound quality. This may include adjusting volume levels, channel balance, phase correction, etc.
Designing sound reinforcement systems for any facilities: assembly halls, theaters, community centers, concert venues.
We design together with acoustic calculations, which is required for examination and verification of the correctness of the arrangement of acoustic systems.
- we develop projects of the "P" and "RD" stages for MGE and DONM, taking into account all requirements;
- we develop projects for SOUE
