In addition to background broadcasting and an alert system, in 2020 it became mandatory to install thermal imaging scanning at the entrance to the establishment, a system that scans the real temperature of a person and transmits this data to a monitor. A miniature video surveillance camera is installed at the entrance area and scans the temperature of each visitor and employee of the establishment. A separate monitor broadcasts a video displaying the person's temperature. This system replaces a fully standing person with a pyrometer (temperature meter).
The developers of this technology have achieved minimal errors, the accuracy of which is 0.3 ⁰С. High efficiency allows you to get a result of a person's temperature within 1 second.
The main priority of this technology is contactless measurement of visitors' temperature, which reduces the risk of infection!
The principle of operation of the technology.
All objects with a temperature above zero are a source of radiation, which is received by a thermal imaging camera, which converts infrared radiation into a gray value and determines the corresponding relationship between the temperature and the gray value using a temperature measurement algorithm. The main symptom of the viral disease COVID-19 (SARS-Cov-2) is an elevated body temperature, which can be detected by a thermal imaging camera with high accuracy.
The measurement process.
To organize measurements using a thermal imager, you need to prepare the entrance area informatively or with the help of fences. Intelligent face recognition cameras with a thermal imager measure the temperature of only people and do not respond to other heat sources. This reduces the number of false alarms. The built-in sound alarm will signal the operator when an elevated human temperature is detected. Thermal imagers use our own matrix production. Therefore, we can provide complex solutions with a video recorder, switch and other devices.
As an installation location, select a point opposite a one-way passage
so as to ensure full coverage of the face of each person passing by.
The installation point must have stable and sufficient lighting. In the case of
backlighting or insufficient lighting, additional lighting is required to ensure that facial features are clearly visible.
To install the system, select a room with a constant air temperature, strong air circulation is not allowed. Using the system outdoors is not recommended, as temperature fluctuations are possible.
If the system is used at the entrance from the street to the premises, it is necessary to
install the equipment at some distance from the entrance (for example, when
using at customs or at a checkpoint). Before measuring the temperature,
a person must be in the room for at least 5 minutes. This allows

to reduce the influence of the ambient (street) temperature on the measured
human body temperature.
It is not allowed to place objects with high or low temperature
near the installation point of the system.
The thermal imager should be directed so that there are no objects with high temperature
(monitors, computers, heaters, etc.) behind people.
The devices should be securely fastened to avoid errors in
face detection and temperature measurement caused by shaking.
