Any audio path begins with a signal source, in a conference hall the source of the audio signal is the speaker speaking into the microphone, he is the beginning of the sound amplification path. In some conference halls, table microphones with a "goose neck" are installed on the podium, they also have microphone control buttons. Table microphones for a conference hall can be wired and wireless. The audio signal of wireless table microphones is transmitted via radio frequency from the transmitter, which is located in the capsule of the table microphone, to the receiver installed directly next to the mixing console or sound processor. In modern conference halls, radio microphones with a lapel microphone have become popular, which is attached to the clothes of the presenter, and a small belt transmitter is hung on the back of the belt, from which the audio signal is transmitted to the receiving base of the radio system. There is a similar scheme for using a headband microphone, it has a special headband that is put on the head, and the microphone capsule itself is extended in front of the mouth, which allows for the most stable transmission to the microphone. It is impossible to do without handheld radio microphones in a conference room. During a discussion, a person wishing to speak from the audience can only be offered a radio microphone with a handheld transmitter.
On microphones, the sound signal is just beginning its journey to improve perception by people in the room. Further, the sound signal needs to be improved in various characteristics. This and many other functions are performed by a mixing console or processor.
The mixing console has significantly transformed today and it is already advantageous to install a digital mixer, not an analog one. Moreover, there are a lot of variations of digital mixing consoles. For a conference hall with a capacity of up to 100 people, it is possible to install a rack-mounted digital mixing console, for example, Soundcraft Ui16, which can be controlled via any device: a computer, tablet, smartphone, which must have a WiFi reception point and any Internet browser. But for the event, the person in charge must master the simple skills of a sound engineer and, using, for example, a smartphone, display the volume knobs of the mixing console. Several sound signals from microphones can be transmitted to the mixing console at the same time, including musical accompaniment from a presentation or background playback. Unlike a mixing console, in a sound processor you can set everything automatically by setting the configuration in advance. At the moment, BSS is very well promoted among professional sound equipment as automatic processors. One BSS BLU 101 processor can replace several mixing consoles and a sound engineer, the main thing is to correctly configure it for the required task. Our company installed and configured such a processor not only in the conference room, but also in the Temple.
That both the mixer and the processor have built-in dynamic voice processing, equalizers and a delay line for distant or additional zones of the conference room. They will improve the intelligibility of the voice and facilitate the management of sound signals.
After processing and mixing, the sound signal must be amplified. Sound power amplifiers are responsible for this function. Of course, they, like the previous components of the sound path, must be controlled. But at the moment there are amplifiers with remote control, commands come, for example, from the processor. This function allows any responsible person, even a secretary, to turn on and off the sound equipment completely, by pressing one button. The main thing for any amplifiers is a stable power supply network. Receiving control commands, the amplifier will go into StandBy mode (standby mode) without using energy and, accordingly, not amplifying the sound signal, sending it to the speaker systems.
And the very last link of the tract is the acoustic systems. They are selected based on the parameters of the hall. For small halls, you can install systems like the models: JBL Control, Electro-Voice EVID, Apart Audio MASK, CVGaudio. For larger halls, you need speakers with increased pressure: Electro-Voice EVOLVE, Electro-Voice ELX, American Audio Sense, JBL EON ONE/230.
For a professional solution to this problem, it is better to use the services of our company, which can provide not only presentation and video equipment for the conference room, but also sound equipment, as well as install and configure the entire audio system. Highly qualified engineers working in our company are engaged in the development and design of such systems for the conference room, will tell you about additional equipment, make calculations and offer a concept for installing acoustic systems in the hall. Our company also carries out installation and configuration of all installed presentation equipment and sound equipment "turnkey".
Our team will perform all tasks for audio visualization of the conference room:

As an example, we present a description of our completed object
Conference rooms Meeting Point company, which provides for its clients: meeting rooms, offices, full service and conference rooms for presentations and meetings. We have developed sound amplification and projection schemes for any tasks of Meeting Point clients, using the latest technologies in sound amplification and presentation equipment. We have developed a sound solution for 5 zones that can work separately and be combined into a single sound space.
We installed a multifunctional sound processor BSS BLU-50, with a control panel BSS EC-8BV, which allows not only to adjust the volume level for individual zones from the reception area, but also to combine zones into a single music space. Two conference halls have extensions with business lounges, while business lounges should have their own music background when separated from the conference hall. An additional separate entrance area is the reception, where its own music content should also be played. In two conference halls, a rack is installed, which includes a digital mixing console Soundcraft UI-16, radio microphones, a power amplifier and an amplifier for acoustic systems JBL Control 25 WH. The main multifunctional player Apart PC1000 and amplifiers for ceiling speakers are installed in a separate server room.
